Samsung Galaxy Note 4 — Reistalando Whatssap

Mi teléfono esta como nuevo, bien cuidado, curiosamente en el momento de bajarme el backup del Whatsapp de forma instantánea dejó de funcionar:
El altavoz, el micro, el conector de auriculares, la grabadora de video y la reproductora de video.
He realizado todo tipo the resets del sistema, de la cache, etc... He reinstalado ROMs.
He mandado el teléfono a revisar a The Phone House, ellos no han podido repararlo y se lo han enviado a Samsung que sólo lo puede reparar cambiando la placa madre completa.
Lo mas curioso es que el teléfono funciona perfectamente, todo, menos lo antedicho.
Puedo llamar, recibir llamadas, mensajes por whatsapp, sms, hacer fotos, enviar, consultar por internet, etc... Absolutamente todo el resto funciona, menos lo especificado que curiosamente dejo de funcionar de forma instantánea.
Si alguien tiene alguna solución o sabe algo mas relacionado con el asunto. Mil veces agradecido.

I have some weird problems with my Note 4. During reinstalling whatssap my phone was broken. .The sound, video, micro, micro connector, highspeaker, camera recorder, all at the same time, instantly stopped working. I have made all types of reset, reinstalling ROMs, cleaning cache, triying safe mode, etc... etc... etc...
Nothing works. The phone is like new, perfect. Everything is working but these isssues.
I send the phone to service by "The Phone House" and then to Samsung. The only reparation possible is to change the mother board even that all is in perfect condition. Very, very weird.
